Construction management from the investor's point of view

The main aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the issues of preparation and management of buildings from the perspective of the investor. The task of the thesis is to describe the course of individual phases of the project life cycle from the perspective of the investor and creat the relevant documentation for project management. The output of the thesis is a practical demostration of the above-mentioned issues on a real project for a specific client and an analysis of the planned and actual costs needed to ipmplement the project.

This work deals with questions how to take advantage of modern technology for support purposes in the projection in electro engineering. It the introduction it informs about common bases of the projecting, purposes and grades of processed documentations. It is followed by the categorization and dividing types of software tools according to the purpose of use linked with the description of historical development of graphic systems, from raster to vector. In the end there is a practical show of documentation realization processed by a specialized instrument Astra92 Inc.

Family House

The aim of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation for the process of planning permission of a detached house in the town of Nemšová, which is 16 km from the county seat in Trenčín. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of both floors are designed from the type of system Porotherm, which is a type of block construction system. The basement is built from shuttering blocks from the system of Terrablock, where the blocks are embedded in concrete and interconnected with reinforcement. Roof structure is designed as a single aisle flat roof sitting on the ceiling construction above the last floor. This house has got two floors above ground and a basement. The first floor is used as a social part of the house and the second floor acts as a quiet zone. In the basement there are rooms which serve mainly for all utilities and also as a cellar for storing garden products. There is also a relaxing part of the house which has fitness facilities. The building site is flat and located near the river Vlara, which is separated from the land by a flood dyke to protect against the millennial water. All constructions were designed according to valid ČSN codes and regulations.

More and more people aspine to have own house. Building of own villa is an especial oportunity how to realize our dreams about fashionable and comfortable living. Everyone thing this plan over and it takes time. The aim of this work is to describe separately all steps all the way to abtaining building permit. At the same time these steps accompaniment of beggining project documentation. As the construction of villa is especial oportunity how to create own housing so it is important to carefuly weight all building steps.

Planning permission procedure: process, decision and means of defence Abstract The topic of the thesis is the planning permission procedure, which is regulated in Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on town and country planning and building code (Building Act) and its goal is to issue one of the types of planning permission. Planning permission procedure follows town and country planning and at the same time other administrative procedures follow planning permission procedure. In many cases successful planning permission procedure is an indispensable and key precondition of the realization of applicant's intention. The thesis deals with the procedure itself, specifically elements of application for planning permission, commence procedure, types of delivery of written instruments, defining of participants of procedure, applying the principle of concentration, conditions and content of binding assessments for issuance of the decision, objections and remarks. Also the thesis focuses on planning permission itself (its elements and content), types of planning permissions, time-limit for issuing of the decision and methods how application should be considered. A project of complex reconstruction of family house.

The aim of diploma work is to analyse condition of family house builded in the 1960s and to consider various alternatives of its reconstruction with reference to costingness and required facilities of the house. The reconstruction of this house is processed in three variants. The optimal alternative for investor is soluted in detail.
